Please note that seating will be assigned based on individual needs and safety concerns, and does not guarantee seating at the front. The person with special needs may be accompanied by up to two (2) additional participants of the same gender, as seating is gender-segregated. Exceptions for mixed seating will be considered solely when there is a legitimate need and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
