Registration & Payment

If you are experiencing issues during checkout, try the following steps:

  1. Clear Your Browser Cache

    Stored data in your browser can cause issues. Clearing your cache may help resolve this.

    Chrome:
    Go to the three dots menu > Settings > Privacy and security > Clear browsing data. Select Cached images and files and any other data you wish to clear and click Clear data.

    Safari:
    Go to Safari > Settings > Privacy > Manage Website Data. Select Remove All.

    Firefox:
    Go to the three bars menu > Settings > Privacy & Security > Scroll down to Cookies and Site Data. Click Clear Data.

  2. Try a Different Browser

    For instance, if you are using Chrome, switch to Firefox or Safari.

  3. Use a Different Device

    Access the checkout page on a different device, such as a mobile phone, tablet, or another computer.

If the problem persists, please contact us for further assistance.

If you have any problem making your payment via our online payment gateway, please contact us for further assistance.

If you have a coupon that you would like to redeem, you can enter the coupon code on the cart page or on the checkout page after filling in your details and reviewing your order.

Please note that only one coupon can be redeemed per transaction, and each coupon is valid for one redemption only. Your contact’s email address must also match the email address for the coupon. Please double-check the email where you received the coupon to confirm.

Once you have checked out and redirected to the payment page, please proceed with your payment. Do not close the browser or hit the back button until the payment has been settled; otherwise, you won’t be able to re-use your coupon code.

The contact’s email address must match the email address for the coupon. Please double-check the email where you received the coupon to confirm.

Check your email spam folder, just in case. If you had purchased for someone else, please note that the ticket is sent to the attendee’s email.

You may also find all purchased tickets available from My Account > Tickets, provided that the purchase was made while logged in.

Mode conversion from onsite to online and vice versa is only available to premium ticket holders.

The conversion is limited to one time only, and a request must be submitted via the form provided in the ticket at least 48 hours prior to the start of the first day of the event. Any request made elsewhere or after the deadline will not be entertained.

Approval is subject to seat availability, and the Organiser reserves the right to decline the request at the Organiser’s discretion.

If you are a premium ticket holder and you would like to request a mode conversion, please fill in the Mode Conversion Request form available from the main menu > Apply > Mode Conversion (Premium).

If you are unable to make it to the event, your ticket can be personally given to another person to attend on your behalf, and you as the original ticket holder will be able to access the recording.

A full ticket transfer (change of participant’s details and recording access) is only available to premium ticket holders. The transfer is limited to one time only, and a request must be submitted via the form provided in the ticket at least 48 hours prior to the start of the first day of the event. Any request made elsewhere or after the deadline will not be entertained.

If you are a premium ticket holder and you would like to request a full ticket transfer, please fill in the Ticket Transfer Request form available from the main menu > Apply > Ticket Transfer (Premium).

If you are a premium ticket holder and you would like to request a mode conversion or a ticket transfer, please fill in the respective forms available from the main menu > Apply.

The conversion and the transfer are limited to one time each, and the request must be submitted via the form at least 48 hours prior to the start of the first day of the event. Any request made elsewhere or after the deadline will not be entertained.

Conversion approval is subject to seat availability, and the Organiser reserves the right to decline the request at the Organiser’s discretion.

The Policies

• Tickets are not exchangeable from one event to another.

• Only those with paid onsite tickets (minimum age of 6 and above) are allowed inside the hall. 

Paid participants should proceed to the registration counter to check in and collect the entry pass.

Please bring your e-ticket and keep your proof of payment handy (no printing required).

• Walk-in registration will only be open depending on seat availability.

The Organiser reserves the right to not accept walk-in participants if the event has sold out.

• Children below the age of 6 are strictly prohibited from being inside the hall.

There will be no mothers’ room or childcare service at the event. Please make the necessary arrangement for your child.

• The Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or request to leave any person who does not abide by the terms of entry or acts unreasonably, notwithstanding possessing an official entry pass, at the Organiser’s own discretion.

  • Cookies
    If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
    When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.
  • Your Data
    If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.
    For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

The Events

Yes. However, it is provided exclusively to standard and premium ticket holders. Basic ticket holders will not have access to the recording.

The recording will be accessible via online streaming at faithevents.plus within 7 working days following the event. You will receive an email notification once it is ready for viewing. You can then claim your recording using your ticket number.

Standard ticket holders will have 7-day access, while premium ticket holders will enjoy 30-day access. If you wish to extend your access period, you can easily do so on the same platform.

Onsite Events

Online Webinar

The online events will be conducted over Zoom. You can access the session from the link provided in your email notification.

Please ensure that you have already downloaded the Zoom app on your device before the events.

You may also join from your browser, but please note that the webinar experience from the browser is limited.

Yes, but the Zoom session will be accessible on one device per ticket only.
