Registration & Payment
If you are experiencing issues during checkout, try the following steps:
Clear Your Browser Cache
Stored data in your browser can cause issues. Clearing your cache may help resolve this.
Chrome:
Go to the three dots menu > Settings > Privacy and security > Clear browsing data. Select Cached images and files and any other data you wish to clear and click Clear data.
Safari:
Go to Safari > Settings > Privacy > Manage Website Data. Select Remove All.
Firefox:
Go to the three bars menu > Settings > Privacy & Security > Scroll down to Cookies and Site Data. Click Clear Data.
Try a Different Browser
For instance, if you are using Chrome, switch to Firefox or Safari.
Use a Different Device
Access the checkout page on a different device, such as a mobile phone, tablet, or another computer.
If the problem persists, please contact us for further assistance.

Yes, but please provide their details (name, email, phone number) for the registration process.
As part of our ongoing efforts to improve your experience, we are transitioning to a new ticketing system. While your coupon will remain valid within its designated period, it cannot be directly redeemed on the new platform.
To redeem your coupon and purchase tickets, kindly contact us and provide the following details:
- Event Name
- Attendee’s Name
- Attendee’s Email
- Attendee’s Nationality
- Attendee’s Gender
- Coupon Code
Our team will guide you through the redemption process and assist with completing your purchase.
We greatly appreciate your patience and understanding during this transition and are committed to making the process as smooth as possible for you.
Check your email’s spam folder, just in case. If someone else purchased the ticket on your behalf, they should have received a copy, which you can request from them.

Mode conversion from onsite to online and vice versa is included as a perk in certain ticket tiers only (e.g., Premium tickets).
The conversion is limited to one time only, and a request must be submitted via the form provided in the ticket at least 48 hours prior to the start of the first day of the event. Any request made elsewhere or after the deadline will not be entertained.
Approval is subject to seat availability, and the Organiser reserves the right to decline the request at the Organiser’s discretion.
If you are an eligible ticket holder and would like to request mode conversion, please fill in the Mode Conversion Request form available from the main menu > Apply > Mode Conversion.
If you are unable to make it to the event, your ticket can be personally given to another person to attend on your behalf, and you as the original ticket holder will be able to access the recording. A full ticket transfer (change of participant’s details and recording access) is included as a perk in certain ticket tiers only (e.g., Premium tickets).
The transfer is limited to one time only, and a request must be submitted via the form provided in the ticket at least 48 hours prior to the start of the first day of the event. Any request made elsewhere or after the deadline will not be entertained.
If you are an eligible ticket holder and would like to request a full ticket transfer, please fill in the Ticket Transfer Request form available from the main menu > Apply > Ticket Transfer.
If you are an eligible ticket holder and you would like to request a mode conversion or a ticket transfer, please fill in the respective forms available from the main menu > Apply.

The Policies

• Only those with paid onsite tickets (minimum age of 6 and above) are allowed inside the hall.
Paid participants should proceed to the registration counter to check in and collect the entry pass.
Please bring your e-ticket and keep your proof of payment handy (no printing required).
• Walk-in registration will only be open depending on seat availability.
The Organiser reserves the right to not accept walk-in participants if the event has sold out.
• Children below the age of 6 are strictly prohibited from being inside the hall.
There will be no mothers’ room or childcare service at the event. Please make the necessary arrangement for your child.
• The Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or request to leave any person who does not abide by the terms of entry or acts unreasonably, notwithstanding possessing an official entry pass, at the Organiser’s own discretion.

- Cookies
If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed. - Your Data
If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
The Events
Notes or handouts are not provided.
Please have a pen and paper or your mobile device ready if you wish to jot down some notes.
Yes, there will be a Q&A session at the end of the event.
Recordings are provided exclusively to eligible ticket holders if included as part of their perks.
The recording will be accessible via online streaming at faithevents.plus within 7 working days following the event. You will receive an email notification once it is ready for viewing. You can then claim your recording using your ticket number.
Eligible ticket holders with standard access can view the recording for 7 days, while those with premium access enjoy a 30-day viewing period. If you wish to extend your access, you can easily do so on the same platform.
Yes. You can find the volunteer application page for the respective events available from the main menu > Apply.
Onsite Events
It is free seating, first come first served, and gender-segregated.
There is no couple or family seating.
Please fill in the front rows first and refrain from booking seat(s) for those who have not arrived.
Yes, but please provide their details (name, email, phone number) for the registration process.
Only children from the age of six and above with their own paid tickets are allowed to enter the hall. No children under the age of six are allowed inside.
There will be no mothers’ room or childcare service during the event; please arrange any necessary childcare off-site.
If you are unable to attend the event, you can be give your ticket to another person to attend on your behalf. As the original ticket holder, you will still have access to the recording (if it is included in your ticket perks).
If you require a special seat or assistance due to a physical/medical condition, please fill in the Special Needs form at least 48 hours before the event day to allow proper arrangements to be made.
Special seating requests for any reason other than the above will not be entertained.
No food or drink is allowed inside the hall, with the exception of bottled water.
No, you will only need to show your e-ticket to gain entry to the hall.
However, please have your identification documents with you at all times, in case of any inspection by the authorities.

Online Webinar
The online events will be conducted over Zoom. You can access the session from the link provided in your email notification.
Please ensure that you have already downloaded the Zoom app on your device before the events.
You may also join from your browser, but please note that the webinar experience from the browser is limited.
Yes, but the Zoom session will be accessible on one device per ticket only.
