All applications will be reviewed prior to approval. The Organiser reserves the right to approve or reject any application following the review.
The sponsorship covers the ticket fee for all sponsored participants. Sponsored participants attending the onsite event will also receive two meals (breakfast and lunch). Any other expenses are the responsibility of the participants.
The sponsorship is conditional on attendance, and failing to inform the Organiser if you cannot attend may affect future applications.
The sponsored ticket is not exchangeable for another event or format, and is not transferable to another person.
All information provided will be kept confidential and will not be shared with any third party, except for the relevant religious authority and/or sponsoring body.
