2. Booth location will be arranged solely by the organiser and all decisions are final.
3. Application is not guaranteed until full payment is made.
4. A security deposit will be charged and the amount will be refunded after the event provided that the vendor has fulfilled its obligations.
5. There will be no refund for any change, cancellation, or non-arrival.
