General

Is this organised under a licensed travel agency?

Yes. We are collaborating with Dar El Salam Travel, a licensed Umrah service provider, to ensure full compliance and smooth arrangements.

Which airline will we be flying with?

We will be flying with Amal by Malaysia Airlines.

Is this a direct flight?

Yes. This trip includes direct flights from Kuala Lumpur to Madinah on 12 September 2026, and from Jeddah to Kuala Lumpur on 20 September 2026.

Are the hotels really walking distance to the Haram?

Yes. Both hotels are within walking distance (50 meters) for your comfort and convenience.

Is this trip suitable for elderly participants?

Yes. The trip is designed with comfort in mind, including premium accommodation and convenient access to the Haram.

Is this trip open for families with children?

Yes. The trip is open to families with children. However, for infants or small children, travelling needs may differ, so please plan accordingly. 

Is this trip open for a woman without her mahram?

Yes. The current visa regulation does not require a woman to be accompanied by her mahram.

Is travel insurance included?

Yes, travel insurance is included in this package. It covers medical expenses, emergency evacuation, accidental death or disability, and loss of luggage or personal belongings (subject to policy limits). Participants are advised to review the policy details to understand the coverage and any exclusions.

Can I arrange my own flight?

If you wish to arrange your own flight, please contact us to discuss the arrangements before booking.

Will there be a pre-departure Umrah course?

A formal course is not included, but guidance will be provided during the trip.

Booking & Payment

How do I make a booking?

Please complete the booking form HERE. Once your form has been processed, an invoice for the deposit will be issued. Your booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the full payment.

When must full payment be completed?

Full payment must be made at least 30 days before departure. The exact deadline will be communicated upon registration.

Can I pay by instalments?

Yes. We offer a structured payment plan to make your booking more manageable. After an initial non-refundable deposit of RM1,000 upon registration, the remaining balance is split into two further payments — 50% of the package price is due 90 days before departure, and the final remaining balance is due 60 days before departure.

Changes & Cancellations

Can I change my selected package after booking?

Package changes are subject to availability and must be requested within a specified period after booking. Only upgrades are permitted; downgrades are not allowed. Any price differences will be charged accordingly, and administrative fees may apply. Once flights and accommodations are confirmed, changes may be limited or no longer permitted.

Can I change the participant’s name after booking?

Name changes are generally not allowed once the booking is confirmed, especially after flight tickets have been issued. In exceptional cases, requests may be considered subject to airline and visa regulations, along with applicable charges and penalties.

Can I add more people to my group after booking?

Yes, additional participants may be added subject to availability. All additions are subject to prevailing package rates and must comply with visa, flight, and accommodation arrangements.

Is the payment refundable if I cancel?

The deposit is non-refundable. The balance payment (minus the deposits) is refundable only if cancellation is made at least 90 days before departure. Cancellations made within 90 days of departure are non-refundable.

Travel Requirements

Do I need to apply for visa?

The package includes a multiple-entry 1-year Tourist visa, allowing you to perform Umrah and access the Haramain for one year. If you prefer to apply for a one-time-use Umrah visa, please note that an additional RM800 per person will be added to the package price for visa processing.

How long must my passport be valid?

Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the travel date.

Is vaccination required?

For Umrah visa, a valid meningitis vaccination certificate is required. This is not included in the package and must be obtained by the participant prior to visa application at their own cost.
