Mode conversion is not available for other ticket types.

1. Mode conversion is available to Gold ticket holders only.
2. Conversion is limited to one time only.
3. Requests must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to the start of Omar Suleiman Live in Malaysia. Any requests made elsewhere or after the deadline will not be entertained.
4. Approval is subject to seat availability, and the Organiser reserves the right to decline the request if deemed necessary.
