If you are a Gold ticket holder for The Faith Conference | Malaysia and would like to convert your ticket from onsite to webinar or vice versa, please complete the form below by Thursday, 7 May 2026, 11:00 AM. Late requests will not be entertained.

Mode conversion is not available for other ticket types.

1. Mode conversion is available to Gold ticket holders only.
2. Conversion is limited to one time only.
3. Requests must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to the start of The Faith Conference Live in Malaysia. Any requests made elsewhere or after the deadline will not be entertained.
4. Approval is subject to seat availability, and the Organiser reserves the right to decline the request if deemed necessary.
