Should you or anyone in your party require any special seating arrangement or assistance at Maryam Lemu Live in Malaysia onsite event due to physical or medical conditions, please complete this form by Friday, 19 September 2025, 5 PM.

Please note that seating will be allocated based on individual needs and safety considerations, and does not guarantee placement at the front. The person with special needs may be accompanied by up to two (2) additional participants of the same gender, as seating is gender-segregated. Exceptions for mixed seating will be considered solely when there is a legitimate need and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
