All purchases made are final and non-refundable. However, a refund will be considered in the following circumstances:

  • Ticket or order cancellation due to a major change made by the Organiser
  • Multiple charges for the same order

An official refund request must be submitted by the Purchaser no later than 24 hours before the event start time.

Each request will be reviewed case by case for approval. If the request is deemed eligible for a refund, the Purchaser will receive an email notification within 3 working days after the request is submitted.

In certain cases, a service charge may be deducted from the refund amount. The service charge will be based on the payment method at the time of purchase and will be informed prior to the refund being made.
