It all starts from home.
A home is a refuge for a family—where its members can find safety and comfort in, as they face continuous challenges of this world.
Parents are the ones responsible for the children’s upbringing. As they follow the divine guidance from Allah (s.w.t.), they should also guide their children with the same set of rulings, while constantly praying for their success, in this life and the next.
As a du’a taught by Ibrahim (a.s.),
My Lord, make me an establisher of prayer, and [many] from my descendants. Our Lord, and accept my supplication.
(Surah Ibrahim, 14:40)
Parenting is a continuous learning process, and with external challenges that can have an impact on the growth of their children, parents might wonder:
What is the right way of raising a child?
When should we start instilling Islamic values in them?
How to build a happy, and blessed home?
Let’s find the solutions to these lingering parental worries.
Join Ali Hammuda and Yahya Ibrahim in The Faith Conference, No Place Like Home: Nurturing the Next Future Generation of Muslims, as we learn the effective tips and tricks of Islamic parenting to raise righteous Muslims.
